In April 1939, W.G. Goetz and Sons Pty. Ltd. became a public company, renamed with the dropping of ‘Pty’ and simply becoming ‘Limited’.

W. G. Goetz & Sons celebrated their centenary in 1975 with a dinner at Melbourne’s Southern Cross Hotel on 5th September.
